Antonio Banderas’s Spanish Garlic Shrimp

Recipe:

  • 1 lb raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 6 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh parsley and lemon wedges for garnish

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until just golden, then stir in paprika and red pepper flakes. Add shrimp and sauté 2–3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through. Sprinkle with salt and parsley. Serve hot with lemon wedges and crusty bread.
